Add the 1 oz Gold Commemorative Arts Medal to your cart today! The American Arts Medals are a part of United States history that bridges the gap between the era of outlawed Gold (initiated in the early 1930s) and the start of the highly popular American Eagle bullion program in 1986.

These medals honor popular American writers, singers, sculptors, architects, and other artists and are a great investment as a bullion medal. Dates on these random year medals will be of our choosing and may or may not vary, determined by stock on hand.

FROM:ARIZONA DATE:MAY 17, 2025 Good and Bad Was this review helpful? Yes/ No Nice looking coins.

The reason for two stars is the fact that this is the second time I’ve ordered randoms and they always give duplicates. I understand it’s of their choosing, but at least give a little bit of variation.

It was extremely disappointing to once again, get duplicates by ordering randoms . Needless to say, I will not be ordering them again.

PROS Attractive Design BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend POSTED BY:BLARGG FROM:CENTRAL TX DATE:AUG 2, 2016 Even after months I don't fully trust these being gold Was this review helpful? Yes/ No I bought these for their low premium over spot.

I received the Grant Wood (1980) design that has no indication of metal content, and they have a copper-like sheen. I tend to be paranoid of counterfeits and never became fully convinced of them being genuine, especially because of the slight discoloration that looks like they're copper or brass on the surface (these have a little more copper than other 22k gold coins).

Will definitely stick to other coins in the future when it comes to gold because confidence in having a store of value is a key reason I bought gold. PROS Value (low premium over spot) Collectible (lower mintage) BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend POSTED BY:WIZWOM FROM:ROLLA, MO DATE:MAR 5, 2015 Beautiful bargain Was this review helpful?

Yes/ No Bought it for the bullion content, happily got one of my favorite Authors; and in MS65 condition. All in all a terrific buy.

PROS Easy to Sell Recognized Brand Attractive Design Value (low premium over spot) CONS Common (higher mintage) BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. POSTED BY:DG FROM:CALIFORNIA DATE:MAY 2, 2014 Very nice Was this review helpful?

Yes/ No US Mint produced product at a price comparable to secondary market gold rounds. Very nice design, some very small scratches, but normal for secondary gold.

Not a substitute for AGE or even a new assay-card generic - but if are looking for secondary market generic gold - this is a great option. PROS Attractive Design Value (low premium over spot) BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
