2026 Silver Morgan Dollar Design
The 2026 Silver Morgan Dollar showcases the U.S. Mint's commemoration of America's Semiquincentennial with a masterful reinterpretation of this beloved design. The obverse features Liberty in profile, crowned with a cap and flora, encircled by 13 stars, "1776 ~ 2026," and a unique Liberty Bell privy mark numbered "250." On the reverse, the eagle spreads its wings while clasping an olive branch and arrows, symbolizing both peace and strength. First designed by Mint Chief Engraver George T. Morgan and struck from 1878 to 1904 and again in 1921, the Morgan Dollar became one of the most collected vintage U.S. coins, honoring America's westward expansion and industrial achievements. The 2026 release further adds to the legacy of this great series.
