Monnaie de Paris pays tribute to the beautiful French region Occitani with this new series. This silver coin would make a great addition to any tennis fan's collection!

Coin Highlights:

  • Contains 12 grams or .386 oz of .999 fine Silver.

This magnificent coin comes in a box with a certificate of authenticity from the Monnaie de Paris. Mintage of 2,500 coins.

Reverse: Features all the regions that form the French territory. The outline of the design is covered by sandblasted discs of varying diameters.

Their positioning forms the silhouette of mainland France, distinguished by its polished finish. This silhouette is covered by the RF letters, on which the French flag is engraved in heraldry, and by the €5 face value.

The names of all the French mainland regions are written on their geographical location. At the bottom are the silhouettes of Corse and the overseas regions.

Obverse: Gathers symbols dear to the Occitanie region. At the center, the Occitan cross, adorned with the name of the region, links all the other elements.

On the right, Olympe de Gouge, a woman of letters and a revolutionary born in Montauban, is depicted and named. Below her is the Arenes de Nimes.

They illustrate the thousand-year-old architectural heritage of the region. On the left are the Pyrenees Mountains and the head of a mountain ibex.

Finally, a starry sky with Saturn and a rocket flying through it is a nod to the aerospace industry, which is inextricably linked to the capital Toulouse. Guaranteed by the Monnaie de Paris.
